Returning for 2026, experience ultimate relaxation with our Floating Sound Baths, a unique festival activity on the peaceful Baldersby Park lake.

Hosted by Synergy Body & Mind, drift on inflatable mattresses while immersing yourself in meditation, calming sound vibrations, and the gentle flow of water.

This harmonious blend of nature and sound guides you into deep relaxation. For Ages 18+. Wear comfortable clothes you don’t mind getting damp and arrive 15 minutes early at the lake.

Yoga + Sauna

Yoga + Sauna

Begin with a gentle 30-minute yoga warm-up, using mindful movement, breath, and mobility to awaken the body. Move into an off-grid sauna to relax muscles and deepen warmth, then finish with a refreshing river plunge.

Each ticket secures one place in a shared session.

Wear comfortable clothing, warm layers for outdoors, swimwear, towel and water. Mats for yoga are provided. The Sauna is supervised by HIVE Sauna’s sauna masters, with a dedicated plunge monitor and qualified lifeguards. Basic off-grid facilities with communal changing (no indoor showers).Ages 16+.
