Deer Shed Festival Ltd general terms and conditions

• Tickets are not refundable unless the event is cancelled or postponed, in which case only the face value of the tickets will be refunded i.e. not including any booking fees.
• Deer Shed Festival shall not be liable for any indirect costs associated with a postponed or cancelled event.
• Tickets are non-transferable without the permission of Deer Shed Festival Ltd. Tickets are only valid if purchase from an authorized seller.
• Deer Shed Festival Ltd reserve the right to make changes to the event programme or onsite facilities. Any chances of this nature shall not be a cause to claim a ticket refund.
• Deer Shed Festival Ltd shall not be liable for any loss of personal belongings.
• By attending you accept that prolonged expose to loud music or noise can damage your hearing.
• Deer Shed Festival Ltd reserve the right to refuse you entry or remove you from the festival site for behaviour we deem unsuited to a family event.
• Deer Shed Festival Ltd reserve to right to confiscate any prohibited item upon entry to the site via a search, or at any other time.
• By attending the event you are giving your consent to have your likeness to be included in any festival promotional media.
• No unaccompanied under 18’s are allowed on site. Under 18’s must be accompanied by over 21’s.
• No animals will be permitted on the festival site expect guide dogs.
• Wristbands will remain the property of Deer Shed Festival Ltd.
• No personal alcohol can be bought into the festival arenas.
• You must adhere to any instructions made on the festival site by any member of Deer Shed Festival Ltd staff or their representatives.
• Your ticket purchase constitutes your acceptance of the above terms.

Deer Shed Festival Ltd pre-booking activities terms and conditions

By booking any activity with Deer Shed Festival, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing. These terms form a legally binding agreement between Deer Shed Festival Ltd and you (the participant).

1. Booking & Payment

• Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed once you receive an email from us.
• Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking. All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
• Booking Errors: If you believe you’ve made a booking error, contact us immediately at deershed@kaboodle.com. We will consider requests for changes or cancellations up until Friday, 10th July 2026, but approval is at our discretion.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

By Deer Shed Festival

• We reserve the right to cancel or postpone sessions in extreme circumstances (e.g., severe weather, instructor unavailability, venue closure).
• If we cancel, we will offer you a full refund or the option to rebook for another session, if available.

By You

• Before 10th July 2026: You may request a cancellation. We will consider a 50% refund or credit for future sessions, at our discretion.
• After 10th July 2026: No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations or no-shows.
• Non-refundable: Tickets are non-refundable except as outlined above.

3. Changes to Sessions

• We may need to make reasonable changes to the session format, timing, or location to ensure it can go ahead safely. We will notify you of any significant changes in advance.
• Minor changes (e.g., instructor substitution) will not entitle you to a refund.

4. Age & Participation Requirements

• Minimum Age: All sessions are for participants aged 16+, except Outdoor Floating Sound Baths (18+ only).
• 16–17 Year Olds: Must be accompanied by a parent/guardian (18+) who must also purchase a ticket and sign a disclaimer.
• Health & Safety: You must disclose any health conditions that could affect your safety. If you are unwell on the day, do not attend.

5. Safety & Risk Acknowledgement

• Inherent Risks: Activities such as wild swimming, sauna, and cold water immersion carry risks, including cold water shock, hypothermia, drowning, and injury.
• Your Responsibility: You must follow all instructions from our team. If you feel unwell or unsafe at any time, inform an instructor immediately.
• Prohibited Items: Do not consume alcohol or illegal substances before or during sessions. Anyone appearing under the influence will be refused entry and asked to leave, with no refund.
• First Aid: Trained staff and first aid facilities are available onsite.

6. Late Arrival Policy

• Please arrive 15 minutes before your session.
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you may not be admitted, at the instructor’s discretion.
• No refunds or extensions will be given for late arrivals.

7. Liability & Indemnification

• Our Responsibility: We take all reasonable steps to ensure your safety, including trained staff, safety briefings, and first aid provision.
• Your Responsibility: You participate at your own risk. We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage except where caused by our negligence.
• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify Deer Shed Festival Ltd for any loss, damage, or expense caused by your breach of these terms or misuse of our services.

8. Media Consent

• By attending, you consent to your likeness being used in Deer Shed Festival promotional materials (e.g., website, social media).
• If you do not consent, please inform a staff member at check-in.

9. Code of Conduct

• Respect: Treat all participants, staff, and instructors with respect.
• Disruptive Behaviour: Anyone deemed disruptive, abusive, or harmful may be removed from the session without refund. Decisions are final, but you may request a review by emailing deershed@kaboodle.com.

10. General Terms

• Changes to T&Cs: We may update these terms. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes).
• Governing Law: These terms are governed by English law.
