Deer Shed Festival Ltd general terms and conditions
- Tickets are not refundable unless the event is cancelled or postponed, in which case only the face value of the tickets will be refunded i.e. not including any booking fees.
- Deer Shed Festival shall not be liable for any indirect costs associated with a postponed or cancelled event.
- Tickets are non-transferable without the permission of Deer Shed Festival Ltd. Tickets are only valid if purchase from an authorized seller.
- Deer Shed Festival Ltd reserve the right to make changes to the event programme or onsite facilities. Any chances of this nature shall not be a cause to claim a ticket refund.
- Deer Shed Festival Ltd shall not be liable for any loss of personal belongings.
- By attending you accept that prolonged expose to loud music or noise can damage your hearing.
- Deer Shed Festival Ltd reserve the right to refuse you entry or remove you from the festival site for behaviour we deem unsuited to a family event.
- Deer Shed Festival Ltd reserve to right to confiscate any prohibited item upon entry to the site via a search, or at any other time.
- By attending the event you are giving your consent to have your likeness to be included in any festival promotional media.
- No unaccompanied under 18’s are allowed on site. Under 18’s must be accompanied by over 21’s.
- No animals will be permitted on the festival site expect guide dogs.
- Wristbands will remain the property of Deer Shed Festival Ltd.
- No personal alcohol can be bought into the festival arenas.
- You must adhere to any instructions made on the festival site by any member of Deer Shed Festival Ltd staff or their representatives.
- Your ticket purchase constitutes your acceptance of the above terms.
Deer Shed Festival Ltd pre-booking activities terms and conditions
When completing a booking you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of use. Where alterations are made, you are deemed to have accepted the new terms on your first use of the website following the alterations. By accessing, using, signing up to any sessions, you hereby consent and agree to these terms and conditions.
Please read these terms & conditions carefully before purchasing any services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between Deer Shed Festival and the user (personally and/or on behalf of the entity you are using it site for).
T&C’s for Wild Swim/ Extra, Hot Tubs, Sauna & Ice Bath, RUN2SWIM and Outdoor Floating Sound Baths bookings.
- Tickets are not refundable. We reserve the right to cancel a session and will only do so in extreme circumstances. These would include adverse weather conditions such as high winds or thunderstorms, flooding or personal illness or accident.
- We reserve the right to end the session early if the weather deteriorates rapidly or if anyone’s safety is compromised.
- If you have made a booking error or need to cancel your booking. Any refund requests up until the Friday 11th July will be considered but it will be at the discretion of the festival as to whether we can honour your request. Cancellations or absences from sessions will not be applicable for refund after this date.
- Deer Shed Festival shall not be liable for any indirect costs associated with a postponed or cancelled event. You agree that the indemnified parties will have no liability in connection with any breach of contract or unauthorised use, and you agree to indemnify any and all resulting loss, damages and expenses in connection.
- Deer Shed Festival Ltd reserve the right to make changes to the event programme or onsite facilities. Any changes of this nature shall not be a cause to claim a ticket refund.
- By attending the activity, you are giving your consent to have your likeness to be included in any festival promotional media.
- Swimming in rivers can be dangerous; you will swim at your own risk. You must always follow the practitioners instructions.
- Activities are at heightened risk of injury and harm, including cold water shock, hypothermia, drowning, sickness, and injury (for example, from wildlife, other swimmers, underwater debris, water pollution and more).
- Please don’t enter the water with any cuts or open wounds, make sure they’re covered with a plaster. Do not participate if you are feeling ill or have any health conditions which could endanger you whilst in the water.
- Don't drink alcohol before your session as you may not be able to participate in the session. Anyone who attends the session and appears to be under the influence of alcohol will be asked to leave the Wilderwild retreat area immediately.
- Do not drink the water whilst swimming, ice baths or hot tubs, the water is never safe to drink.
- We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the session to allow it to continue at the agreed time and date.
- Wild Swim/Extra and Sauna/Ice Bath, Hot Tubs sessions are for adults 16+. If you are 16 or 17 years you must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is over 18 years of age. (Outdoor Floating Sound Baths are for 18 years and older ONLY.)
- Deer Shed Festival accepts no liability for any injuries or loss of personal belongings that may be incurred from attending the session.
- You will be asked to read the Safety Conditions and sign a declaration at the time of check in.
- Please arrive promptly for your session as we will not necessarily be able to make up the time (15 mins before). If you are late by 30 mins or more, it will be at the discretion of the instructor as to whether you can attend the class or not. You will not get additional time if you are late and the ticket is non-refundable.
- When making the decision to participate in these activities, it is crucial to know your limits. If you are in any doubt about the safety or your ability to complete the session, you should refrain from participating.
- Encouraged to consult with your healthcare providers with any medical concerns you have regarding health conditions before signing up for any session. You should never disregard medical or other professional advice or delay seeking it.
- In the event of disappointment during or after the completion of any of our services, we are in no way responsible for compensation of any kind.
- You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we exclude liabilities for any errors or inaccuracies to the fullest extent
- Any of the Deer Shed Festival Team or practitioners running any of the sessions reserve the right to remove any participant of any event, course or retreat at any point without notice or refund if they are deemed disruptive, abusive or harmful to any party throughout the duration of the event, course or retreat. You hereby agree you understand that no verbal, physical or mental abuse will be tolerated and will result in immediate dismissal.
- You acknowledge and agree that when participating in any sessions there is a possibility of physical injury, emotional distress and/or death, and you assume the risk and responsibility for such results.
- You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Deer Shed Festival LTD and all team members from any damages, liabilities, losses or other claims incurred by Deer Shed Festival and arising out of or related to your use of our services or site.
- You understand you are solely responsible for any risks or outcomes after participating in any services provided by Deer Shed Festival and understand that Deer Shed Festival are in no way liable for any outcome.
