Their fourth album, ABSTRACT / NATURAL, blends the abstract with the organic, drawing on folklore, myth, landscape and time to explore themes of journey and escapism. The record marks a bold, experimental step forward while retaining LIFE’s unmistakable dynamism.

Born from Mez’s poetry—musings on nature, love and letting go — the album turns landscapes into characters, and fragments into “wonky lullabies,” with Stew, Lydia and Mick shaping them into adventurous, story-rich songs.
