Obviously you have zero prospects of enjoying your own festival when it is running, and so Kate and I tend to go to End Of The Road in Dorset post Deer Shed tidy up. Dorset is a real trek mind, the kids would not thank you and would no doubt go mad in the car, spoiling the whole weekend ;)

Anyway we caught Sam play at the Talking Heads stage, under lots of sketchy looking trees and ankle breaking steep slopes.

Sam played an amazing set, he is one hell of a banjo player. It was one of the stand out performances of the weekend, along with Jeffery Martin on the same stage. It almost made up for the lack of wrestling.
