The Print Workz

The Print Workz

One day, my prints will come… Well, this could be that day! You’ll find printing of all types, shapes and sizes at The Print Workz. Join White Label Clothing as they show you how to go about printing your very own Deer Shed t-shirts and tote bags or bask in the technicolour beauty of our exclusive, limited-edition Deer Shed screen prints, courtesy of the lovely folks at Gigs and Graphics. Or geek out at the onsite record store supplied by our friends from Crash Records.

The Tea Stop

The Tea Stop

Come and put your feet up with a Yorkshire brew! Located in Arena 2 near our Festival Merchandise tent, our Tea Stop Tent is a cosy addition to Deer Shed this year. Fill your festival reusable cup or bring your own for a good old fashioned cuppa; what more could you want?! Can’t believe we haven’t thought of this before (we are in Yorkshire after all…). As we don't have a campsite shop this year, The Tea Stop will also supply basic festival supplies.

White Label Clothing

White Label Clothing

In effort to further reduce waste & combat fast fashion, White Label Clothing will be onsite to screen print the new Deer Shed logo directly onto your t-shirt, hoodie, or tote bag while you wait. The Brighton (via Leeds!) based company describe themselves as an independent collective dedicated to all things design and printing. If you haven’t got a t-shirt with you, we have a selection of vintage t-shirts and eco totes for you to buy.

Crash Records

Crash Records

Established in 1985 Crash Records has been providing the people of Leeds & beyond with their vinyl, CDs, tickets and merchandise fixes throughout those decades.

We are aiming to bring the best bits of the record shop experience to Deer Shed, with a great range of competitively priced curated stock, friendly knowledgeable staff and all round good vibes. We will also be hosting some special signing sessions from some of the artists appearing at the festival too!

So come say hi, have a dig through the racks and maybe meet your favourite Deer Shed performer too.

Fox Lane Books

Fox Lane Books

Based in Thorpe Willoughby in beautiful North Yorkshire, Fox Lane Books are an online indie bookshop specialising in signed books, and providing book sales all over the UK and internationally. Fox Lane Books also provides pop-up bookshops at literary festivals, fairs, and author events. So we are delighted that the Fox Lane team will be joining us for the first time at the festival. Based in our all new literary tent called Buckendz. They will have a permanent book shop there all weekend selling books from authors on the line up and offering signings after talks. Check out their website for new books, signed books, bookish gifts, and a subscription service. FoxLaneBooks.co.uk.

Gigs & Posters

Gigs & Posters

Visualising music – displaying art from international artists who work alongside musicians. Mainly centred around the art of the gig poster and quality print making. Each outing we commission new artwork pairing visual artists with acts from the festivals line up. Ran by Toucan Tango – design and illustration duo turned shop owners now based in New Brighton on the shores of the Mersey. They have been making colourful screen printed posters for closing in on a decade. They’ll have a range of posters from other artist friends that have previously exhibited in other Gigs & Graphics exhibitions, alongside a especially commissioned Deer Shed poster.

Tell Tails

Tell Tails

A TellTail is a wearable animal tail for humans. Simple!

They are made of a range of fabrics and are stuffed. They attach on a black elastic waistband and are one size fits all and can be worn with any outfit.

Wearing a TellTail is an exercise in silliness. It's about not taking yourself too seriously. It's about self expression and the unadulterated enhancement of fun in the extreme. Once attached it is literally impossible to not get your waggle on. This involuntary movement of the hips leads to a palpable feeling of joy and giddiness which manifests itself in a grin of extraordinary measure not just on the wearer, but on those around the wearer too. We call this the 'tail effect'.

It's hard to explain the joy that comes from wearing a Tell Tail, you simply have to try it for yourself.

So step up, buckle in and get your waggle on as Tell Tails are back at Deer Shed for 2024.
