Deer Shed Ambassador Scheme

If you already rave about Deer Shed to your friends and family why not be rewarded for your enthusiasm and sign-up to be one of our wonderful Deer Shed Ambassadors?

You spread the word and we reward your loyalty - in lots of exciting ways! In a nutshell, you sell tickets to the folks you know, via your unique link, and earn FREE adult tickets for your trouble, plus BONUS prizes. There is no cost to you in all this, no hidden catches – just lots of lovely rewards.

But that's not all, your friends also benefit. Once we’ve sold out of early bird tickets; anyone purchasing an ambassador ticket via your unique link will be able to buy adult tickets with £20 off the current tier ticket price. (AKA, any ticket purchased via your unique link will always be £20 cheaper than the going ticket price, but never less than early bird prices.)

• Sell 4 adult tickets and earn a 1 FREE adult ticket
• Sell 6 adult tickets and earn a BONUS FREE programme
• Sell 8 adult tickets and earn 2 FREE adult tickets
• Sell 10 adult tickets and earn a BONUS FREE car parking pass
• Sell 12 adult tickets and earn 4 FREE adult tickets!
• Sell 16 adult tickets and earn 6 FREE adult tickets!
• Sell 20 adult tickets and earn 8 FREE adult tickets!

At the end of the scheme, we will add up how many tickets you have sold and dish out your rewards accordingly (FYI bonus rewards are cumulative, so the more you sell, the more you gain - including a fab prize for the person who sells the most tickets!).

If you think you can sell more than 20 tickets, we’ll provide you with a Deer Shed Ambassador hoodie - ready for you to collect from our merch tent!

A few admin things...

• The closing date for ambassador sales is 30th June 2026 or when we sell out, whichever is sooner.
• The scheme operates on adult tickets ONLY and other ticket types must be bought through our website as normal.
• If friends & family purchase tickets via an instalment plan, the deadline for purchasing these tickets will be the end of May. However, you can still sell tickets throughout June, as long as the tickets are paid in full at the checkout.
• If you’re an eager beaver and have already bought a ticket for Deer Shed this summer, or if you are keen to volunteer, your FREE tickets can be gifted to somebody else who you think would love to come along. Please note we can't refund tickets already purchased prior to you becoming ambassador.
• Please note that if your friends/family purchase tickets via your link on an instalment plan, points will not be attributed to you until the final payment has been made. We will tot up all points in early July (once the scheme has closed) and then dish out your rewards via email!
• Tickets already purchased cannot be transferred to the scheme.
