Deer Shed is hiring!

Would you like to become a core member of the Deer Shed team?! We’re on the lookout for a full-time Festival Production Co-ordinator, to join us between February – August 2025. The role will be based at Deer Shed HQ offices (near Thirsk, North Yorkshire).

You will work closely with the Festival Directors, particularly the Head of Production and Head of Operations, to ensure the smooth running of the event. You will oversee key logistical aspects, including staffing, contractor management, and equipment distribution, and play a vital role both in the office and on-site during the festival.

About the festival: Deer Shed is an annual festival; 3 days of the best in music, arts & science for the whole family, set in beautiful North Yorkshire parkland. The dates of the festival weekend are 25th – 28th July 2025.

Key information:
Contract Duration: Full-time, 7 months (1st February – 31st August 2025)
Holiday: 17 days (including bank holidays)
Salary: Dependent on Experience (DOE)
Location: Thirsk, North Yorkshire. This is not a hybrid role, you will be based in the Deer Shed Office 5 days a week.
